1. This year's production and sales situation and analysis of the situation in the second half of the year
Due to the European debt crisis and weak international market demand this year, a large number of domestic export companies have experienced a substantial economic downturn. Domestic export companies are facing severe challenges. Many companies have reduced and suspended production to avoid risks. Under this general economic trend, starting from the second half of 2011, our company's overall sales have also had a greater impact, but overall, it has maintained stable development. According to the analysis of the sales situation of refrigerators from January to June this year, it is expected that the sales for the whole year of this year will be roughly the same as that of 2011.
2. Industrial transformation and upgrading and main measures
(1) Industrial transformation and upgrading: upgrading from low value-added to high value-added, from labor-intensive industries to technology-intensive and capital-intensive industries. In April 2012, the company formally decided to transfer the socket industry, devoting full energy such as venue, capital, manpower and material resources to the pillar industries, further enhancing the core competitiveness of refrigerated display cabinets and promoting the stable development of the enterprise. At the end of July, all the handover procedures for the socket transfer have been successfully completed.
(2) New product development: 2012 can also be called the "year of research and development". This year we will focus on two aspects of research and development. The first is the expansion and continuation of the original products, and the improvement of product specifications and series; the second is based on market demand. Guide, develop and develop a series of new products. Since the beginning of the year, new refrigerator products (product name) have been designed and developed; the third is to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity, technology, technology and equipment, further improve work efficiency, reduce energy consumption, accelerate industrial structure adjustment and accelerate technological progress. Make full preparations in the off-season to lay a solid foundation for the economic recovery in the coming year.
(3) Establish and improve the company's three major management systems. In the work meeting at the beginning of the year, it was proposed to establish and improve the company's three major management systems-financial management system, administrative management system and quality management system under the requirements of promoting standardized operation. Clarify the organizational structure, management process, position settings, and responsibilities of each department, further straighten out internal management relationships, establish a safe, efficient, orderly, and stable operation system to better improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote management.
(4) Cultural construction. While building a harmonious enterprise, we must implement quality management standards, that is, while maintaining the creation of a harmonious culture, we will actively develop a product quality culture, and gradually form a corporate quality culture with a unique connotation of "harmony". Fully implement the ISO9001 quality system operation, use the off-season to find problems and solve problems, carry out comprehensive and express cleanup and rectification of product problems, and rectify the fatal defects as soon as possible. Make plans for common and general defects to make rectifications at the beginning of the production season. Product quality is guaranteed.
3. Safety in production
(1) Learn from the major fires in the park every year, and effectively strengthen our company's fire safety work to prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents. Newly purchased fire-fighting equipment (clothes, gas masks, etc.) this year; improved the company's voluntary fire brigade and set up a complete fire emergency response plan;
(2) In daily work, a special person is responsible for the investigation of potential safety hazards: fire-fighting channels, plugs and sockets of various jobs, assembly line electrical components, heating equipment and mechanical equipment, etc.; the original warehouse shed No. 4 was demolished in July , Put an end to fire or accidental casualties caused by hidden safety hazards.
(3) Designate areas for special workstations and strengthen on-the-job training. In particular, a series of operating procedures must be formulated and formed for welding, discharging, and filling of refrigerators, and operations must be performed in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
4. People's livelihood and welfare
(1) The original socket staff arrangement. The transformation and upgrading of the enterprise industry is to better enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The transfer of industry does not mean the transfer of personnel. After the formal confirmation of the transfer in May, the company held a meeting of socket personnel, in which it was emphasized that the ownership of all personnel will be arranged by the company. On July 17, all the original socket staff who stayed in the company had all been assigned jobs.
(2) Staff training. Training is a way for an enterprise to cultivate and reserve talents, enhance its competitiveness, and enhance the cohesion of employees. In the off-season, it is imperative to practice internal skills well. Rely on the systematic training mechanism to continuously improve the work skills and experience of employees at all levels. Each year the company allocates 500,000 yuan for special training to carry out full-staff training. Implement "buy one get one free" for all employees, that is, work for Lauter for one year while getting corresponding remuneration, plus one year of study. In the first half of this year, the company opened a series of courses: "How to Motivate Employees", "How to Be the Most Useful Good Employees", "Win in Implementation", various training courses conducted by Jianfeng School, and internal auditor training, etc. In the second half of this year, we will offer targeted and professional courses, such as fitter, according to the actual needs of the position. At the same time, take advantage of the off-season to conduct further training on product assembly, and sample crews, especially those transferred from the socket industry, will try to install and familiarize the products after get off work.
5. Serving the society
The company relies on the party, industry, league, armed forces and other organizations to train an excellent team of employees to promote the healthy and steady development of the company. While achieving economic development, it does not forget to pursue the industry to serve the country and take the initiative to assume social responsibilities. Party member volunteer service teams, militia volunteer service teams, and member volunteer service teams are active in the front line of rescue and disaster relief, civilized travel, environmental improvement, respect for the elderly and the disabled, and poverty alleviation. The value of an enterprise lies not only in economic indicators, but also in whether it has a sense of social responsibility.
